The course also covers marketing, revenue accounting, data management, CRM, business intelligence, logistics, and more… painting a holistic “big picture” view of the global travel technology landscape.

As you move through the course, you will learn about all of the tools needed to set up a complete travel e-commerce website and work through real-world case studies of travel offices and call centers. You will learn about traditional GDS-based travel distribution frameworks, emerging competitors like Global New Entrants (GNEs), and newer travel technology models including Service Oriented Architectures (SOAs).

See the Travel Industry in a new light and gain critical insight you need to succeed in Travel.

With many graphics and animations, interactive elements, hands-on work, and colorful text… the course keeps students engaged as it opens their eyes to what it takes to succeed in the modern business of travel and tourism.
